This page summarises decisions already made. The full, binding document is being prepared and will replace this summary before paid passes are introduced. If anything here matters to a decision you are about to make, write to [email protected] and ask.
The short version: an email address, a chosen name, a consent record, and the things you deliberately keep or send — plus analytics only if you switch it on. Nothing is sold or shared. During Early Access no payment information is collected, because payments are disabled.
What is collected
Your email address, because it is how you sign in. The name you choose to be greeted by. The date and version of the terms you accepted. What you deliberately create or send while using the space: saved artwork, breathing and chant practice history, and any feedback you share (a rating and your words). A small operational audit trail of administrative actions also exists to keep the service safe.
Payments
None during Early Access: payments are disabled and no payment information is collected. When paid passes arrive, card details will be entered on Stripe’s own checkout and never seen by this site; what will come back is a payment record and the dates access runs between.
Analytics, only by choice
Google Analytics is off unless you explicitly allow it. Decline — or simply do nothing — and no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. Allow it, and page views are measured with Google Signals and ad personalisation off; you can change your mind at any time from the Panel. No name, email address or account identifier is ever sent to Google.
What is not collected
No advertising trackers. No device fingerprinting. No location permission is ever requested. The one analytics tool, above, never runs without your consent. No microphone feature ships today; if one is ever added, the audio will be processed on your own device and never recorded, uploaded or stored.
How long it is kept
Account, consent, feedback, practice and artwork records are kept while your account exists. No automatic deletion of your work runs today. If time-limited passes arrive later, saved work may eventually be scheduled for deletion after a pass lapses — with email notice first — and that will be described here before it ever operates.
Export and deletion
You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, by writing to the address below. Neither is charged for, and neither is conditional on anything.
Cookies and local storage
Your browser stores a sign-in session and a few small preferences — sound on or off, day or night appearance, whether the welcome tone has played, which greeting you last saw, and your analytics choice. Google’s _ga cookies exist only after you allow analytics, and are removed if you turn it off. None of this is used for advertising.
