This page summarises decisions already made. The full, binding document is being prepared and will replace this summary before paid passes are introduced. If anything here matters to a decision you are about to make, write to [email protected] and ask.
itisyou is currently open in free Early Access. No payment is required or accepted during this period. Paid passes may be introduced later — how they will work is described below.
Early Access, today
The space is open free for a limited time while we prepare the full release. Nothing is charged, no card is asked for, and no payment can be taken — the checkout is switched off at the server, not merely hidden. Early Access will end at some point; your account and anything you have made remain yours when it does.
When paid passes arrive
The planned shape: a month pass at £1 opening the space for 30 days, and a year pass at £10 opening it for 365 days, in pounds sterling. Nothing will ever be charged without you choosing a pass at a checkout — an Early Access account is never converted into a purchase.
Nothing will renew
Every future payment will be a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription and no stored mandate. When a pass reaches its end date it simply ends, and nothing is taken from your card unless you choose to buy another.
After Early Access
When Early Access ends, using the practice tools will need a pass; signing in to view, export or delete what is yours will not. Your history and saved work stay reachable to you either way.
What is stored
An email address, the name you choose to be greeted by, the record that terms were accepted and when, what you deliberately keep or send while using the space (saved artwork, practice history, feedback), and — only if payments happen later — the payment records accounting rules require. The privacy page describes each of these.
