An independent collection of ten small digital products — calculators, document utilities, a CV tool, a developer catalogue, a news reader, a quiet page for resting, a web search engine, a set of test-design tools and a financial planner — plus this website, which explains what each one does and how finished it is, and hosts two free checks you can use here. It is built and maintained by one person in Chester, England, and it is not a company. About ITISYOU

Do I need an account to use anything?

No. Space, ITISYOU Tools, Kits, Clean, Search.ITISYOU, the QA Workbench and Plan are all usable immediately with no sign-up. ATSYou has sign-in because it stores the CV claims you confirm between visits, but its free match report is the part most people need, and nothing on this website itself asks you to register. What can I use on this website itself, rather than on a product site?

Two checks, at /checks, and they are the only things here you use rather than read about. The claim checker reads copy you paste and points at sentences a reader could hold you to but could not verify. What does it cost?

Everything that is live today is free to use. Nothing is sold on this website and no payment is taken here. One paid feature is planned — a tailored CV in ATSYou — but ATSYou has not opened to customers and no price is being quoted. Payments and refunds

When I merge a PDF or clean a spreadsheet, is my file uploaded?

No. The document and image tools in ITISYOU Tools, and the whole of Clean, do their work inside your own browser, so the file never leaves your device and the original bytes are never modified. This is a claim about those specific tools rather than a blanket statement about every page in the network, and each product page says which of its tools need the network before you use them. Does this website track me?

This site itself sets no cookies, uses no local storage and runs no analytics. Google's advertising does set cookies to select and measure ads, and in the UK and the EEA you are asked before it does. You may also find Kits' analytics cookies here if you have used Kits and accepted them there, because they are scoped to the whole domain rather than to that subdomain. Does anything I paste into the claim checker leave my browser?

No. The analysis is a pure function running on your own machine — there is no upload, no storage and no logging, and closing the tab is enough to get rid of the text. Is the trust page checklist legal advice?

No. It is a checklist written by someone who worked through these questions for one small site, and it cannot see yours. It describes the general position in the UK and names the regime behind each item so you can go and read it. Are all ten products finished?

No, and the site says so on every page they appear on. Seven are live: Space, ITISYOU Tools, Kits, Clean, Search.ITISYOU, the QA Workbench and Plan. Can I rely on the UK calculators for tax or pay decisions?

They produce estimates, not advice. Take-home pay, National Insurance, student loan and holiday figures all depend on assumptions and on a particular tax year, and your circumstances may not match them. Does this site show adverts?

This website carries Google AdSense, which is placed automatically by Google. It is labelled, kept away from navigation and editorial content, and never placed before the substance of a page. None of the ten products carries advertising, and no advertising code is installed on any of them. Advertising

How much of this was made with AI?

AI materially assisted the research, design and drafting of the products and of this site, and the page on how AI is used says where. It is not allowed to decide whether something is true: every factual claim published here is checked against a source first, and in DEV.ITISYOU the AI is explicitly not permitted to decide that a fix works. Something on this site is wrong. How do I report it?
